Their words rang true

For when I met you

This Angel turned to sin

My wings they dropped their feathers

My halo lost it’s glow

All I could do was think of you

But then just like a bad man

You made this Angel sigh

Because I believed in you

Yet all you did was lie

You ripped me down from heaven
